About Me

I have a Bsc degree in nursing and I also have an OCN Level 3 qualification in Sleep Training (MNT).  I am also a mother of 2. (17 months old,  3 y old)

I know only too well that not getting enough sleep effects our state of mind, feelings, relationships and health. I feel strongly that healthy sleep habits make for healthy children. A well-rested child is curious, energetic, happy, playful, and eager to learn. I can help give you the skills to improve your child’s quality of sleep.

Please note that my advice and guidance is based on my training and experience working with parents and children. I am not medically qualified and you should always consult your GP or healthcare professional if you are in any way concerned about your child.
